Di notte tutta la terra s'illumina

Di notte tutta la terra 

s'illumina

ogni chicco di sabbia

ha la sua stella

e i fiori iniziano 

a sognare

prati dove la luna  

è una rosa

bianca sospesa

nel buio.

At night all the Earth lights up

each bead of sand 

has its star

and all the flowers start dreaming

about lawns where the moon

is a  rose

- white and hanging 

in the dark.
